Do I need to be fit or flexible to join?

Not at all. Korean Qi Gong is gentle and adaptable. You can practise standing or seated, and you’ll always go at your own pace. Most beginners notice flexibility and energy improve over time.

What if I miss a class?

No problem. Live classes are not recorded, but there are many on demand classes you can utilise to keep your weekly practise going.

How is Korean Qi Gong different from other styles?

It’s a little more dynamic. Each class follows a fresh 3-phase flow: stimulate new energy first, stretch the meridians and open the joints, then slow down to absorb and integrate. Energising and deeply restorative.

Can Qi Gong support other practices I already do?

Yes. It complements yoga, meditation, reiki, martial arts, and physiotherapy. Better energy flow and balance make other modalities more effective.
