I am Peter, a Dahn Master, Qi Gong instructor, sound healer and Mystery School guide with more than twenty years of experience in the mind-body-spirit field.
My approach combines spiritual education with grounded, embodied practice. I believe these teachings should support curiosity, personal agency and direct experience rather than fear, pressure or unquestioned belief.

In this course, I will guide you through the history and symbolism of Anubis before leading you into three gentle heart-centred practices.
My intention is not to tell you what to believe. It is to offer a calm and supportive space in which you can explore the teaching, listen to your own experience and decide what feels meaningful for you.
Do I need to believe in Anubis?
No. You can approach Anubis as an ancient Egyptian deity, a mythological figure or a symbolic guide through change and transition. You are encouraged to keep your own judgement and take only what feels meaningful to you.
Is Anubis an evil or frightening figure?
This course explores Anubis beyond modern fear and superstition. Within ancient Egyptian tradition, he was associated with protection, mummification, burial places and guiding souls through the afterlife.
Will I be asked to worship or invoke Anubis?
No. The course does not require worship, devotion or ritual invocation. During one meditation, you may imagine Anubis or another protective presence beside you, but this is entirely optional.
Is this course suitable for beginners?
Yes. No previous experience of Egyptian mythology, meditation, Qi Gong or Mystery School teachings is required. Each practice is introduced gently and clearly.
What if I feel emotional during a meditation?
You can pause or stop at any time. You may keep your eyes open, feel your feet on the floor or simply listen without participating. Please remain within your comfortable range throughout the lesson.
Is this course about communicating with the dead?
No. This is an educational and contemplative course exploring the history, symbolism and spiritual meaning connected with Anubis. It does not teach mediumship or communication with deceased people.
How should I continue after the course?
Choose the meditation or sound practice that felt most supportive and repeat it gently during the following week. A few quiet minutes of consistent practice can be more helpful than trying to create an intense experience.
