Unlike slower styles, Korean Qi Gong begins by gently awakening energy before helping the body settle, absorb, and restore.
This natural progression helps many students feel both energised and deeply relaxed within the same session.
Whether you are completely new to Qi Gong or looking to deepen an existing practice, these classes give you a supportive space to return to consistently over time.
Live classes take place on Sundays at 11.00 am and Thursdays at 7.00 pm UK time.
"Each Session Supports You To Stimulate Energy, Open The Meridians And Absorb And Restore Energy"

Many people begin Qi Gong through videos or prerecorded classes, and these can be a helpful introduction.
But live practice creates a very different experience.
When you practise live each week, there is a natural rhythm and consistency that becomes easier to maintain over time.
You are not simply watching a session. You are actively participating in it.
The live classes give you:

Real-time guidance and encouragement
A supportive atmosphere to practise within
Greater consistency and accountability
Space to ask questions and deepen your understanding
A stronger sense of connection and motivation
Many students find that practising live helps them stay committed more easily and experience the benefits of Qi Gong more consistently over time.
Rather than trying to do everything alone, you are practising alongside others who are also learning to slow down, reconnect, and restore balance in their lives.
Many people try Qi Gong once and feel a shift. But real, lasting change comes through gentle consistency. With regular guided practice, your body begins to:

Settle more quickly into calm
Hold energy more steadily throughout the day
Feel safer, more grounded, and more connected
"This is why these classes are offered as part of a membership, so you are supported in building a rhythm that works for you."
You do not need to figure this out alone. Each session follows a natural flow:
We begin by awakening the body and stimulating energy
We open and move energy through the meridians
We slow down and allow the body to absorb and restore
Over time, this creates a deeper sense of ease, clarity, and inner balance.

Ongoing access to the live online Qi Gong classes is provided through Tteuda Membership.

Classes with Peter are wonderful - I have tried some different approaches to Ki Gong (Qigong) but this one has it all - an energetic beginning to the session which dispels tension, followed by an excellent practice of Qi Gong, and the last few minutes to relax the mind and body.
I was familiar with the slow and gentle approach but was looking for - and found - the dynamic side to these practices. The classes are suitable for everyone, of whatever age or fitness level - so it is possible to take things slowly, too.
Highly recommended - classes with a very skilled and knowledgeable tutor.

I have been taking part in Peter’s classes for a few months now. I have found them to be easy to follow, informative throughout of what we are doing and why which I find helps with motivation and believe it is helping in my overall well-being.
I would highly recommend them.

With consistent practice, many people begin to notice:
Increased vitality and natural energy

Peter is a great instructor. He is a master of Qi Gong and uses many principles in his teaching. He explains what he is doing and how it helps the physical body. There is a connection between the physical and mental body. He is a good leader and uses his knowledge and humour to make his classes enjoyable for all ages.

I have been going to Peters classes for several years. I find his classes invigorating and come away feeling energised and fresh. Peter is an excellent instructor. He explains as he goes along thus making his classes informative as well as enjoyable.

Peter’s class is great. It’s different every time, and they make it fun as well. After almost three years of attending, I can really feel a difference. I’m more flexible and feel happier within myself.

Peters classes have been a tremendous help for me over the last two years. His classes are full of energy and positive vibes, and he offers help for beginners as we advanced our training. The classes help me to still my mind and centre my body and focus.
My body is definitely stronger thanks to some Tai Chi and martial arts elements and more relaxed through the stretches and meditation. Peter is a great trainer, teacher and friend.

Not at all. Korean Qi Gong is gentle and adaptable. You can practise standing or seated, and you’ll always go at your own pace. Most beginners notice flexibility and energy improve over time.
No problem. Live classes are not recorded, but there are many on demand classes you can utilise to keep your weekly practise going.
It’s a little more dynamic. Each class follows a fresh 3-phase flow: stimulate new energy first, stretch the meridians and open the joints, then slow down to absorb and integrate. Energising and deeply restorative.
Yes. Many people practise Qi Gong alongside activities such as yoga, meditation, Reiki, martial arts or physiotherapy.
Its gentle movement, breathing and body-awareness practices may complement these approaches by helping you feel more grounded, relaxed and connected to your body.
Qi Gong should not replace medical treatment or a rehabilitation programme recommended by a qualified healthcare professional.
Absolutely. Classes are for all levels. You’ll get clear guidance and a welcoming, supportive space.
People respond to Qi Gong in different ways. Some students notice that they feel calmer, lighter, more energised or more connected to their body after a class.
Others may notice subtler changes, such as deeper breathing, reduced physical tension or a quieter mind. Your experience may vary from session to session, and there is no particular feeling you need to achieve.
No equipment needed. Wear comfortable clothing and make sure you have space to move your arms and legs freely.
As we age, regular gentle movement, balance practice, breathing and relaxation can become increasingly valuable.
Qi Gong offers an accessible way to keep moving while developing greater awareness of the body, breath and nervous system.
Regular practice may help support:
Flexibility, mobility and comfortable movement.
Balance, coordination and postural awareness.
Relaxation and stress management.
Joint awareness and confidence in movement.
Calm focus and emotional wellbeing.
A consistent and sustainable movement routine.
Qi Gong should be understood as a supportive wellbeing practice rather than a replacement for medical care, physiotherapy or personalised health advice.
The supportive teaching approach used within Bright Beings Academy classes has also contributed to wider community wellbeing initiatives focused on accessibility, confidence, and gentle participation.
We live in an overstimulated world that often pulls us out of alignment. Stress, screens, and pressure disconnect us from our breath, our body, and our soul. Qi Gong brings you home. With each class, you’ll release stress, soothe your emotions, and step into a calm, grounded energy.
Qi Gong is increasingly being studied for its effects on stress, relaxation, mood, sleep, balance, and healthy ageing.
Research suggests that regular practice may help support nervous system regulation, reduce feelings of tension, and improve overall wellbeing.
The evidence is promising, but it is still developing, so Qi Gong is best understood as a supportive practice rather than a guaranteed medical outcome.
With consistent practice, many students notice that they feel calmer, more grounded, more energised, and more connected to their body.
The classes are designed to be clear, welcoming and easy to follow, with guidance that allows you to practise at your own pace.
The experiences shared by Bright Beings Academy members throughout this page reflect how regular Qi Gong practice has supported greater calm, energy, body awareness and consistency in their everyday lives.
Your experience will be personal to you, and you are encouraged to begin gently and allow your practice to develop over time.
You do not need to be experienced, flexible or confident before joining.
Tteuda Membership gives you a steady and supportive way to practise through live online classes, on-demand resources and guidance between sessions.
Live classes take place on Sundays at 11.00 am and Thursdays at 7.00 pm UK time.
Membership costs £24 per month and continues as a recurring monthly subscription until you choose to cancel.
