Thursdays at 7:00 PM (UK Time)

Sundays at 11:00 AM (UK Time)

The classes are presented through zoom, and you will be sent the link to the class an hour before class commences. More guidance is given on how to prepare for the class later.

No prior experience is required to join our classes. Each session is designed to be accessible and nurturing, with gentle guidance throughout. We break down the movements step-by-step, making it easy for beginners to follow while still offering advanced variations for more experienced practitioners.

What to Expect in Each Qi Gong Live Class

Each class lasts 60 minutes and is divided into several key segments:

Body tapping and circulation exercises to strengthen bones, stimulate the lymphatic system and promote good bone marrow health.

Stretching exercises for flexibility and open the meridians of the body.

Opening exercises to enable you to remove stagnant energy from the body.

A Qi Gong flow and then a Ji Gam energy meditation, finishing off with a holding position and intention meditation. Each class is different but does keep this same composition.
