How do I tell intuition from imagination?
We use two quick tests: repeatability and body calm. If an insight repeats across days and your body softens, it’s likely intuition.
What if I get headaches or eye strain?
You’ll learn short resets: soften gaze, widen peripheral vision, and ground to the Lower Dahn Jon. Always rest if discomfort rises.
Will this open me “too fast”?
No. We pace gently and include down-regulation drills and boundary practices to prevent overwhelm.
Can I practise before sleep?
Yes. Use the “soft focus” sequence. It calms chatter and supports sleep.
How much time daily?
