Step 1: Discover Negative Cycles

Discovering negative cycles in your life, whether they are related to relationships, work, or personal habits, is a crucial step toward breaking free from them.

And we quite often look at emotional issues from the past and not give them a second thought. This causes these cycles to continue also.

Here are some strategies to help you identify and understand these patterns:

  • 1. Self-Reflection: Take time to reflect on your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Consider situations where you feel unhappy, stressed, or dissatisfied. Reflect on patterns that repeat themselves and try to identify common elements.

  • 2. Journaling: Keeping a journal can provide valuable insights into your emotions and experiences. Write about your daily interactions, your reactions, and how you feel afterward. Over time, patterns and triggers may become apparent.

  • 3. Coaching And Qi Gong: A coach can help you identify negative cycles and work through them. Coaching with Qi Gong is a very powerful way of addressing negative cycles.

  • 7. Explore Childhood and Past Negative Experiences: Negative cycles often stem from past negative experiences or childhood patterns. Exploring your past, possibly with the help of a coach, can reveal underlying causes of your current negative behaviours or emotions.

  • 8. Behavioural Patterns: Examine your recurring behaviours and habits. Are there habits that you repeatedly engage in, even though they lead to negative outcomes? Identifying these behaviours can help you break the cycle by consciously choosing different actions.

This is an enormous step when you really get this understanding in your subconscious mind.

  • 8. Seek Support: Surround yourself with positive and supportive people. Engage with a mentor, therapist, or spiritual guide who can offer guidance and encouragement on your journey of self-discovery.

  • 9. Explore Spirituality: Explore different spiritual practices and teachings that resonate with you. This could include Qi Gong, meditation, yoga, prayer, or studying spiritual texts. Find what connects you to a higher power or universal consciousness.

  • 10. Embrace Growth: Understand that personal growth is a continuous journey. Embrace the process of learning, evolving, and becoming the best version of yourself. Trust in your ability to overcome challenges and transform negative cycles into opportunities for growth.

Embracing life as if it were for the first time can be a

Living through the heart can be really difficult in a world that feels so hostile and cold. There is a reason for that, and we need to figure that out.

Here are some steps to help empaths approach life with fresh eyes and an open heart:

And being an empath can sometimes lead us into people pleasing, which draws the energy away from creating the life you want.

Your sensitivity and empathic nature is truly a superpower. And if you have had a past like mine, you have probably been told differently.
