When we look at all the claims about meditation, yes they are all true. But how accessible are they for most people, that is a very good question. Meditation is an enormous umbrella for many different practises. And to be honest, many of the guided meditations on the internet are rather like taking a hot bath or a sauna. You get initial relaxation from them, but they are not getting you deeper into the practise.
