  • Inhale, roll shoulders back, open the chest.

  • Exhale, lower shoulders gently.

  • Repeat 6–8 times, feeling tension release.

3. Spinal Wave (4 minutes)

  • Hands on thighs.

  • Inhale, arch spine slightly, lift chin.

  • Exhale, round spine gently, tuck chin.

  • Move slowly, as if massaging the spine.

4. Gentle Side Stretch (3 minutes)

  • Inhale, raise right arm overhead.

  • Exhale, lean gently to the left.

  • Inhale back to centre, exhale lower arm.

  • Repeat on both sides 3–4 times.

5. Cooling Breath with Hand Sweep (4 minutes)

  • Inhale as you raise arms out to the sides.

  • Exhale as you sweep palms down, releasing heat and tension.

  • Repeat 6–8 times, visualising calmness settling in your belly.

6. Lower Dahn Jon Tapping (3 minutes)

  • Gently tap lower abdomen with loose fists.

  • Inhale deeply, exhale slowly, feel warmth building.

  • This anchors energy and calms the mind.

7. Closing Meditation (4–5 minutes)

  • Rub palms together until warm.

  • Place hands on lower abdomen.

  • Breathe naturally, imagining light settling into your belly.

  • End by sitting in stillness for a few breaths of gratitude.
