Simple practice prompts

  • Standing Qi Gong: Soften your knees, relax your shoulders, feel roots growing from your feet into the earth.
  • Moving Qi Gong: Move at 50–70% effort, keep your breath soft and even, imagine you’re moving through warm water.
  • Breath focus: Breathe into your lower belly for 4–5 counts, exhale slightly longer, and smile gently to your dahn-jon.
  • Sound / Healing sounds: Choose one sound, repeat it on the exhale 3–6 times, and notice where the vibration touches inside.
  • Seated / Chair: Sit tall, feet flat, crown floating up, and let each breath lengthen your spine without strain.
  • Meditation / Stillness: Rest awareness two inches below your navel, watch sensations come and go without judging them.
  • Mixed set: Pick just 2–3 favourite moves and repeat them slowly instead of trying to do everything at once.

How to use your 30-Day Qi Gong Practise Tracker

This little tracker is here to gently support you, not to judge you. Think of it as a 30-day energy journal for your Qi Gong practise.

1. Choose your start date
Pick the date you want to begin your 30-day cycle. The tracker will automatically fill in the next 30 days for you.

2. After each practise, log a few details
For the day you practised, fill in: How many minutes you did. The type of Qi Gong (standing, moving, seated, breath, sound, stillness, mixed).

The mode: solo practise, live Bright Beings Academy class, or replay/recording. Your mood before and after (1–5)

Any notes about sensations, emotions, or insights. Tick the “Done” box when you’ve logged that day.

3. Track live classes on Thursdays and Sundays
On real Thursdays and Sundays, you’ll see a “Live class (Thu/Sun)” box. Tick this if you joined a Bright Beings Academy live class that day, so you can see your live attendance at a glance.

4. Use the weekly reflections to notice deeper change
Each week, write a few lines in the Week 1–4 reflection boxes. This is where you capture the bigger shifts – your sleep, mood, energy, clarity, or confidence.

5. Start new cycles and keep your history
At the top, you can: Switch between different 30-day cycles. Click “Start new 30-day cycle” when you’re ready for a fresh month. Your cycles are saved in your browser, and you can also:

Download CSV if you like spreadsheets

Download JSON to save the full cycle on your computer

Import JSON later to bring an older cycle back into the tracker

Go gently, be curious rather than critical, and let this tracker show you how small, regular practise adds up over time.
