1. Set your session length (e.g., 10–60 minutes) and enable soft fade‑in/out.
2. Choose a preset (e.g., Ground & Protect or Heart & Harmony).
3. Press Start, then adjust one to three chakra faders gently.
Seven chakra faders: Root • Sacral • Solar Plexus • Heart • Throat • Third Eye • Crown.
Master volume with conservative output to avoid spikes.
One‑click mixes (presets) for common intentions.
Timer: 10, 20, 30, 45, 60‑minute options.
Ramps: Smooth fade‑in/out to minimise clicks when starting/stopping.
Start/Stop controls.
Modes: Pure Tone - Binaural Beat (For Headphones) - Isochronic Tone (For Speakers)
Pick an intention: Balanced, ground, flow, heart, clear voice, insight, crown.
Select a preset to fit your goal. Presets load at modest levels to protect your ears.
Start the session and allow the fade‑in to complete before tweaking.
Shape the mix with 1–3 tones. Keep each fader modest (10–30%). Less is often more.
Fine‑tune gradually: Make small changes and give 15–30 seconds to feel the effect.
Set the timer and settle. The fade‑out prevents abrupt endings.
Tip: For sleep, favour Root and Heart at low levels. For daytime focus, start with Solar Plexus and Throat gently.
Use these traditional associations as gentle pointers; follow your experience. No medical claims are made.
Root (Muladhara) — Safety & Grounding
Helps you feel steady and present. Useful after busy days or before important tasks.
Sacral (Svadhisthana) — Flow & Creativity
Supports emotional movement and creative spark. Pairs well with gentle belly breathing.
Solar Plexus (Manipura) — Confidence & Boundaries
Encourages clarity, will, and tidy focus. Try before meetings or study blocks.
Heart (Anahata) — Love & Compassion
Softens the nervous system and opens connection—kindness to self and others.
Throat (Vishuddha) — Expression & Truth
For clear communication and authentic voice. Helpful before calls or writing.
Third Eye (Ajna) — Insight & Intuition
Supports inner listening and pattern recognition. Pair with slow nasal breathing.
Crown (Sahasrara) — Spaciousness & Stillness
A bright, airy sense of openness. Use lightly, especially late at night.
Suggested pairings:
Ground & Protect: Root + Sacral
Heart & Harmony: Heart + Throat
Clear Mind & Voice: Solar Plexus + Throat
Insight & Stillness: Third Eye + Crown
Full Spectrum Balance: Gentle sweep through all seven at low levels
Morning Centre (10–12 mins): Root → Solar Plexus → Heart (low). Finish with a minute of Throat.
Focus Block (20–30 mins): Solar Plexus + Throat at modest levels. Add Heart softly in the last 3 minutes.
Evening Wind‑down (15–25 mins): Root + Heart low. If emotions feel stuck, add a touch of Sacral.
Seven‑Chakra Sweep (14 mins): 2 minutes each from Root to Crown at low volume. Keep Crown very gentle.

No. One or two is often enough. Add more only if it truly helps.
Quiet is best. If you can speak comfortably over the sound, the level is sensible.
Yes—keep levels low, favour Root and Heart, and set a timer.
Start with 10–20 minutes, extend to 30–60 minutes if comfortable.
Both work. Choose what feels most comfortable at low volume.
Would you like to explore chakra tones through your own voice rather than listening alone?
Chakra Toning with Healing Sounds offers focused guidance for using vocal sound, breath and the chakra framework within a personal meditation practice.
These sound generators are provided for education, meditation and personal sound exploration. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any physical or mental-health condition. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Use the generators only in a safe setting. Do not listen while driving, cycling, operating machinery, crossing roads or doing anything else that requires your full attention.
Begin at a low, comfortable volume and keep your first session short. Listening safety is affected by both volume and duration, so take regular breaks and avoid raising the volume to overpower background noise.
Stop listening immediately if you experience ear pain or pressure, dizziness, nausea, headache, agitation, disorientation, changes in hearing or increased ringing in the ears. Seek appropriate medical or audiological advice if symptoms persist or return.
If you experience tinnitus, hyperacusis, hearing loss, migraines, epilepsy, seizures or sensitivity to rhythmic sound, approach these tools with additional care and seek professional guidance when uncertain. If you know that particular sounds, music or rhythms can trigger seizures, do not use rhythmic sound generators without advice from your clinician.
Where a generator offers binaural beats, stereo headphones are required to hear the intended effect. Pure tones, isochronic tones and amplitude-modulated sounds can generally be played through speakers or headphones.
Your response to sound is personal. Choose only tones and listening methods that feel comfortable, and stop whenever a practice does not feel right for you.
