How to Use the Generator (Detailed)

Pick an intention: Balanced, ground, flow, heart, clear voice, insight, crown.

Select a preset to fit your goal. Presets load at modest levels to protect your ears.

Start the session and allow the fade‑in to complete before tweaking.

Shape the mix with 1–3 tones. Keep each fader modest (10–30%). Less is often more.

Fine‑tune gradually: Make small changes and give 15–30 seconds to feel the effect.

Set the timer and settle. The fade‑out prevents abrupt endings.

Tip: For sleep, favour Root and Heart at low levels. For daytime focus, start with Solar Plexus and Throat gently.

A bright, airy sense of openness. Use lightly, especially late at night.

Suggested pairings:

Ground & Protect: Root + Sacral

Heart & Harmony: Heart + Throat

Full Spectrum Balance: Gentle sweep through all seven at low levels

Recommended Routines

Morning Centre (10–12 mins): Root → Solar Plexus → Heart (low). Finish with a minute of Throat.

Focus Block (20–30 mins): Solar Plexus + Throat at modest levels. Add Heart softly in the last 3 minutes.

Evening Wind‑down (15–25 mins): Root + Heart low. If emotions feel stuck, add a touch of Sacral.

Seven‑Chakra Sweep (14 mins): 2 minutes each from Root to Crown at low volume. Keep Crown very gentle.

Troubleshooting

No sound? Check master volume, your device output, and press Start (some browsers block autoplay).

Clicks or jumps? The console uses soft ramps. Lower the master, change faders slowly, and avoid large jumps.

Too intense? Reduce overall level and limit the mix to one or two tones.
