Pure Tone — Continuous note, no modulation. Subtle, simple background support.
Binaural Beat — Two close tones split left/right; you perceive the difference as a beat. Headphones required; gentle feel.
Isochronic Tone — On/off pulses at a set rate. Speakers are fine; crisp and obvious.
Which to pick? Start with use Pure Tone. Use Binaural with headphones for smooth sessions; Isochronic for clear pacing on speakers.
One intention per session (e.g., “15 minutes heart balance”).
Choose one Sefirah at a modest level; you should be able to speak comfortably over the sound.
Optionally add a complementary Sefirah at a lower level (e.g., Chesed with a whisper of Gevurah; or Yesod with Malkhut).
Make small changes, then wait 15–30 seconds to notice the effect.
Let the timer and fade‑out close the session gently; sit for 1–2 minutes of quiet integration.
Tip: If you feel overstimulated, lower the master, switch to Pure Tone, and favour Malkhut or Binah briefly.
Traditional names with simple, practice‑friendly pointers. Follow your own experience (no doctrine implied).

Soften around the breath and let things settle.

Helpful pairs: Chesed ↔ Gevurah (warmth + boundaries) • Netzach ↔ Hod (momentum + clarity) • Central Pillar (Keter → Tiferet → Yesod → Malkhut).
Central Pillar Descent (12–18 mins): Keter → Tiferet → Yesod → Malkhut; Beat (AM); all very gentle.
Heart of Tiferet (12–15 mins): Tiferet low‑steady; add a whisper of Chesed in the last 3 minutes.
Mercy & Strength (15–20 mins): Chesed + Gevurah very low; Pure Tone; end with 2 minutes silence.
Foundation & Kingdom (15–20 mins): Yesod + Malkhut low; Isochronic softly if you want clearer pacing.
Too bright or edgy? Lower master, switch to Pure Tone, choose Malkhut or Binah.

Do I need to follow a specific tradition to use this?
No. The Sefirot here are presented as universal contemplative qualities. Use what resonates; no doctrine implied.
Do I need headphones?
Only for Binaural Beat. Beat (AM), Pure Tone, and Isochronic are speaker‑friendly.
Which Sefirah should I start with?
Try Tiferet (balance) or Malkhut (grounding). Add a second Sefirah lightly if helpful.
How loud and how long?
Quiet is best. Start 10–20 minutes, extend to 30–45 minutes if comfortable.
Can I practise daily?
Yes for most people at low volume. If overstimulated, shorten sessions and choose calmer Sefirot.
