Welcome to the Bright Beings Academy Solfeggio Tone Mixer. This browser‑based generator lets you layer the classic Solfeggio tones with smooth fades, timers, and one‑click mixes.
It’s simple for beginners and deep enough for pros.
Best with headphones for binaural; speakers for isochronic/AM. Keep volume low and comfortable.
Please consider donating to the Bright Beings Academy, so we can keep producing sound generators for your continuing exploration into sound healing. No gesture is too small. We welcome your support and good intentions.
1. Set your session length (e.g., 10–60 minutes).
2. Pick a starting preset (one‑click mix) to match your intention (relax, clear, focus, sleep).
3. Press Start and adjust individual tone faders gently.
Nine Solfeggio faders: 174, 285, 396, 417, 528, 639, 741, 852, 963 Hz.
Master volume with conservative output to avoid spikes.
One‑click mixes (presets) for common intentions.
Timer: 10, 20, 30, 45, 60‑minute options.
Ramps: Smooth fade‑in/out to minimise clicks when starting/stopping.
Start/Stop controls.
Modes: Pure Tone - Binaural Beat (For Headphones) - Isochronic Tone (For Speakers)
1. Pick an intention: Relax, emotional release, heart opening, focus, sleep, or spiritual practice.
2. Select a preset that fits your goal. Presets load at modest levels to protect your ears.
3. Start the session. Allow the fade‑in to complete before you tweak.
4. Shape the mix with 1–3 tones. Keep each fader modest (10–30%). Less is often more.
5. Fine‑tune gradually: Make small changes and give yourself 15–30 seconds to feel the effect.
6. Set the timer and settle. The fade‑out prevents abrupt endings.
Tip: For sleep, keep it quiet and favour the lower tones. For daytime focus, begin low, breathe slowly, and increase gradually.

Start with one or two. Add a third only if it truly helps.
Yes—keep levels low. Prefer 174/285. Avoid bright upper tones late at night.
