Quick Start (3 Steps)

1. Pick an intention (clarity, heart opening, structure, creativity, reset, expansion).

2. Choose a planetary tone that fits the theme (see the guide below). Keep levels modest.

3. Set a timer (10–60 minutes), press Start, and breathe slowly into your lower abdomen.

Controls (What you’ll see)

Planet selector: Sun • Moon • Mercury • Venus • Earth (Year) • Mars • Jupiter • Saturn • Uranus • Neptune • Pluto.
(Your console may include additional entries such as Earth Day or Lunar Nodes—add them as available.)

Master volume with conservative output.

Timer: 10, 20, 30, 45, 60‑minute options.

Ramps: Smooth fade‑in/out to prevent clicks and abrupt stops.

Start/Stop controls.

How to Use the Generator (Detailed)

One intention per session. Choose the planet that symbolically supports it.

Begin with a single tone at low level. You should be able to talk over it comfortably.

Optional pairing: If you truly need it, add one complementary tone (e.g., Sun + Mercury for clear expression). Keep both low.

Make small changes and wait 15–30 seconds to feel the effect before adjusting again.

Let the timer and fade‑out close the session gently; sit for 1–2 minutes of quiet integration.

Tip: Pair your tone with a journal prompt. Example: “What would Jupiter‑style growth look like today?”

What Is the Cosmic Octave? (Plain‑English)

The Cosmic Octave maps long astronomical cycles (like a planet’s orbit) to audible frequencies by repeatedly doubling (with octaves) until the tone lands in a musical range. These values are symbolic references rather than exact cosmic sounds. Many practitioners find them helpful for intention, rhythm, and seasonal alignment.

No medical claims are made. Individual experiences vary.

Too stimulating? Lower the master or choose a gentler planet (e.g., Earth or Moon).

Clicks or jumps? The console uses soft ramps—adjust slowly and avoid big jumps.

Disclaimer & Safety Notice

These sound generators are provided for education, meditation and personal sound exploration. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any physical or mental-health condition. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Use the generators only in a safe setting. Do not listen while driving, cycling, operating machinery, crossing roads or doing anything else that requires your full attention.

Begin at a low, comfortable volume and keep your first session short. Listening safety is affected by both volume and duration, so take regular breaks and avoid raising the volume to overpower background noise.

Stop listening immediately if you experience ear pain or pressure, dizziness, nausea, headache, agitation, disorientation, changes in hearing or increased ringing in the ears. Seek appropriate medical or audiological advice if symptoms persist or return.

If you experience tinnitus, hyperacusis, hearing loss, migraines, epilepsy, seizures or sensitivity to rhythmic sound, approach these tools with additional care and seek professional guidance when uncertain. If you know that particular sounds, music or rhythms can trigger seizures, do not use rhythmic sound generators without advice from your clinician.

Where a generator offers binaural beats, stereo headphones are required to hear the intended effect. Pure tones, isochronic tones and amplitude-modulated sounds can generally be played through speakers or headphones.

Your response to sound is personal. Choose only tones and listening methods that feel comfortable, and stop whenever a practice does not feel right for you.
