Start/Stop controls
Beat (AM) — A soft amplitude‑modulated pulse that gently rides the tone. Smooth and speaker‑friendly. A great default.
Pure Tone — A continuous, steady note with no modulation. Subtle and unobtrusive; ideal for background support.
Binaural Beat — Two close tones split left/right; your brain perceives the difference as a beat. Headphones required. Smooth, understated entrainment.
Isochronic Tone — The tone pulses on/off at a set rate. Speakers are fine. Clear and more obvious than binaurals.
Which to pick? Start with Beat (AM) or Pure Tone. Use Binaural with headphones for gentle sessions; Isochronic when you want crisp pacing on speakers.
Set a single intention (e.g., “15 minutes grounding”, or “20 minutes clear mind”).
Select Beat Mode for your setup and preference (guide above).
Load a preset that matches your goal — presets start quietly to protect your ears.
Begin at low levels. You should be able to speak comfortably over the sound.
Shape with the faders:
Lower Dahn Jon → belly centre; vitality, grounding, breath depth. Breathe into the lower abdomen.
Middle Dahn Jon → chest/heart; harmony, compassion, emotional ease. Soften the ribs and jaw.
Upper Dahn Jon → head/forehead; clarity, insight, bright attention. Keep the eyes soft.
Adjust slowly and give 15–30 seconds to notice effects before changing again.
Set the timer and let the fade‑out close the session gently; sit for a minute of quiet integration.
Tip: If you feel over‑amped, raise Lower, reduce Upper, and switch to Pure Tone at a lower volume.

Lower Dahn Jon — Vitality & Grounding
Builds breath depth, stability, and embodied calm. Helpful after busy or draining days.
Middle Dahn Jon — Heart & Harmony
Supports kindness, balanced emotion, and relational ease. Lovely before conversations or reflective writing.
Upper Dahn Jon — Clarity & Insight
Brightens attention and clean thinking. Use modestly if you’re tense or wired.
Simple pairings: Ground & Open: Lower + Middle • Clear & Kind: Upper + Middle (very gentle) • Reset: Lower only, very soft.
Lower Vitality (12–15 mins): Beat (AM), Lower low‑moderate; Middle & Upper very low.
Middle Heart (12–18 mins): Pure Tone, Middle steady; a whisper of Lower for stability.
Upper Clarity (10–15 mins): Binaural Beat (headphones), Upper low; add Middle softly in the last 3 minutes.
Full Balance (18–22 mins): Isochronic Tone (speakers), all three low; keep pulses gentle; 2 minutes of quiet to finish.
Too stimulating? Lower Upper, switch to Pure Tone, and reduce master level.
Flat or heavy? Raise Upper slightly or try Isochronic for clearer pacing.
Uneasy or ungrounded? Lift Lower a touch and keep Upper gentle.
No sound? Check master/device output; press Start (browsers may block autoplay).
Do I need headphones?
Only for Binaural Beat. Beat (AM), Pure Tone, and Isochronic work well on speakers.
Which Beat Mode should I use?
Try Beat (AM) for gentle pacing on speakers, Pure Tone for subtle background, Binaural with headphones for smooth entrainment, or Isochronic for clear, crisp pulses.
How loud should I listen?
Quiet is best. You should be able to speak comfortably over the sound.
How long should a session be?
Start with 10–20 minutes, extend to 30–45 minutes if comfortable.
Can I practise daily?
Yes for most people at low volume. If you feel overstimulated, shorten sessions and choose Pure Tone.
