Welcome to the Bright Beings Academy Bio‑Photon Generator. Inspired by research into ultra‑weak photon emission (often called biophotons) from living systems, this tool offers audio translations of light qualities.

Blend broad‑spectrum “white” with colour‑band tones, choose your preferred Beat Mode, and let the soft ramps and timers support reflective practice.

Keep volume low and comfortable. Headphones are only required for Binaural Beat.

Quick Start (3 Steps)

1. Choose your aim (even balance, calm, focus, grounding or airy spaciousness).

2. Select Beat Mode (Pure Tone, Binaural, Isochronic), pick a preset (Even, Calm, Focus, Ground, Airy), and set a timer (10–30 mins).

3. Press Start, breathe gently through the nose, and adjust levels slowly after the fade‑in.

How to Use the Generator (Detailed)

Choose one intention for the session (e.g., “15 minutes calm focus”).

Pick a preset to match your aim — Even, Calm, Focus, Ground, Airy — then keep levels quiet (you should be able to speak comfortably over the sound).

Fine‑tune the bands: raise/lower one band at a time; wait 15–30 seconds to notice the effect.

Beat Mode: if the sound feels too static, try isochronic; if it’s too obvious, switch to Pure Tone.

Let the timer and fade‑out close the session gently; rest in silence for 1–2 minutes to integrate.

Tip: If the tone feels bright or fatiguing, lower Blue/Violet, favour Red/Green, and reduce the master volume.

How We Translate Light to Sound (Simple)

Light frequencies (hundreds of terahertz) are far above hearing. We use octave reduction (dividing by powers of two) to map each colour band into a gentle audio tone. This keeps the relationships between colours while giving you a comfortable, listenable result.

This is a creative, contemplative mapping — not a diagnostic or therapeutic signal.

Recommended Routines

  • Calm (10–15 mins): Calm preset; favour Red/Green; Pure Tone; end with 2 minutes of quiet.

  • Focus (15–25 mins): Focus preset; favour Yellow/Blue; Beat (AM) or Binaural (headphones) at low level.

  • Ground (12–20 mins): Ground preset; favour Red + White; Isochronic very soft if you like clearer pacing.

  • Airy (8–12 mins): Airy preset; favour Violet + White very low; finish with silence.

Troubleshooting

  • Too bright/edgy? Lower Blue/Violet, switch to Pure Tone, and reduce master volume.

  • Too dull/sleepy? Add a touch of Yellow or White, then return to balance.

  • No sound? Check master volume and device output; press Start (browsers may block autoplay).
