How are these times set?
Each organ system is most active for a two-hour window in a 24-hour cycle (e.g., Lung 03:00–05:00, Liver 01:00–03:00). These are traditional guidelines to help you time practices for best effect.
What should I do in each window?
Use the suggestions under each item (breath cues, simple movements, acupressure). Keep it gentle and consistent.
Can I use this for sleep routines?
Yes — the evening windows (Pericardium and Triple Warmer) are great for winding down and supporting sleep.
